Compact Waste Water Treatment System
Waste Water treatment system usually requires a large area of land space to construct the conventional treatment processes namely; collection sump, dissolved floatation system, activated sludge tanks and clarifier system which require the needs to build many huge and deep underground tanks much larger than the Olympic swimming pool.
In year 2010, K-One with our years of machine experience, decided to use machine concept to treat waste-water instead. We then sourced for the most suitable membrane from Japan & USA and most importantly to work on a compact oil-water separation system to build all these system inside a 40ft cargo container. In this design, water treatment system can be compact and portable. We managed to use the same floor space required by the conventional system to treat doubled the waste-water capacity and at a higher effluent quality which is suitable for recycling. Expansion of treatment capacity only requires add-on of modular container.
We have installed such compact treatment system since 2010 and the customer can also recycle the waste water for flushing and cooling tower usage where they were awarded the WEF funding from PUB.
